Let butter melt in milk 5. switch off the gas and let the milk cool
- Yeast fermentation..second important step 1. Take one bowl 2. Put 50 ml of lukewarm water 3 put 1 spoon sugar in this water 4. Put 1 spoon yeast in the same bowl and mix it 5. Keep this aside for 10 mins for yeast to ferment
- Kneading of Donuts dough 1 Take 300 gm maida in mixing bowl, add 3 spoon sugar and 1 spoon maida and mix all ingredients 2. Make well in between flour and add roux and yeast 3. Start kneading dough. Add milk which we have made as and when needed for kneading 4. Keep adding flour in little qty if dough is sticky 5. Add butter and keep kneading dough till it comes together 6. Knead dough for 8 to 10 mins 7. Keep it aside for 1 hour for dough to raise...level 1 proofing
- Cutting doughnuts 1. Check the dough 2.punch it and knead for 2 to 3 mins again 4. Dust the rolling pad and roll the dough big and round 5. Cut the doughnuts, use doughnut cutter or small round bowl 6. Keep aside cut doughnuts for 45 mins to raise...level 2 proofing
- Frying doughnuts 1. Put oil in frying pan 2. Oil should in good qty that doughnuts should not touch bottom of pan while frying 3. Heat oil on high flame 5. Low the flame and start fryinf doughnuts 6. Not more than 2 doughnuts at time should be put in pan for frying 7. Let the fry donughts cool
- Glazing of doughnut 1. Melt compound chocolate 2. Add thick cream and make smooth paste 3. Once your fried doughhnut is cool, dip one side of doughnut in the chocolate paste 4. Garnish it will grated chocolate 5. Put it in freezer for 10.mins for chocolate to harden 6. Donughts are ready to be served
